Anastasia (1997)
Maybe I just got a kick out of all the musical theater people in it, I don't know, but I liked this movie a fair amount. I can't quite figure out why, though. I must say it would all be vastly improved without Rasputin and his little creature, though. They may have been comedy relief, but, MAN, they were annoying. 3.5 stars.

I don't actually remember much about the plot of this movie, but I do remember that it was simply gorgeous. The animation was just incredibly lush. And... I gotta admit... I liked the little bat creature and thought he was funny (Rasputin must have been forgettable, since I remember pretty much nothing about him.) The bat creature also gets a pretty funny short on the DVD which I liked.
